Make an intentional friendship with a family living in poverty, increase awareness of one’s own stereotypes or barriers to success, and use the experience of this friendship to advocate within the community for changes. Become a Family Action Team Member

Ten families will be recruited from each neighborhood. Families will be assessed for how well they meet predetermined criteria. Become a Facilitator
