Profile of a Graduate

During the 2022/23 school year, Erie Together led the creation of a new, invaluable resource for Erie County: our Profile of a Graduate (pictured below). This project was shepherded through our Erie County Career Pathways Alliance and a 40-member Community Steering Committee. YouScience provided invaluable consulting assistance.

In January 2025, we issued two Requests for Quotes to further advance the project. The first is for translation services and can be found here. The second is for development of an Activity Book and Assessment and can be found here. Funding for these RFQ efforts is supported 100% by the PA Department of Labor and Industry of the U.S. Department of Labor, as part of an award totaling $87,000 with 0% financed from nongovernmental sources.

The Profile of a Graduate articulates the skills and attributes we, in Erie County, believe our high school graduates should possess in order to achieve success throughout their lifetime. To access a document defining the attributes listed below, please click here.
